From a full restyle to a quick refresh between visits — here’s how our three services differ.
Full Service
Dog Grooming
Also called “HC” — Haircut
A full-body haircut, performed with clippers, scissors, or a combination of both, depending on your dog’s breed and your styling preferences.
Best for: a complete restyle or regular full grooming.
Shape & Maintain
Bath, Brush & Trim
Also called “BBT”
A bath, a thorough brush-out or deshedding, and a light trim that reshapes the natural coat without taking off real length.
Best for: owners keeping a longer coat, and double- or triple-coated breeds like Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, and Pomeranians.
Freshen Up
Bath & Brush
Also called “BB” / Deshedding
A bath paired with a thorough brush-out or deshedding treatment, tailored to your dog’s coat. Includes a trim around the eyes and paws for maintenance visits.
Best for: maintenance between haircuts, or standalone for smooth-coated breeds like Chihuahuas and Beagles.
A note on matting
We do not offer dematting services. We believe sanity comes before vanity — long, uncomfortable dematting sessions can take a real emotional toll on a dog. If your dog’s coat is matted, we’ll clip it down and start fresh, keeping the experience calm and stress-free.
A note on fleas & ticks
We do not offer flea/tick medicated shampoo. All dogs coming to the studio should be free of live fleas and ticks, as their presence is unsafe for our staff and for the other dogs in our care. We appreciate your understanding.

A Note on Pricing
What shapes your quote
We understand that pricing is an important part of deciding what kind of grooming your dog needs, how often to visit, and whether we’re the right fit for your pup at all. Pricing is genuinely hard to gauge over the phone — without seeing your dog in person, it’s difficult to know exactly what we’re working with. Instead, we base our pricing on four things: size, temperament, coat condition, and frequency of visits.
Here’s why that matters. A Chihuahua and a Toy Poodle may be close in size, but they’re not close in effort — take Jose, our resident Chihuahua client, who despises having his nails done and often needs extra time (and an extra set of hands) to get through it calmly. Temperament changes the work, even when size doesn’t. The same goes for coat and frequency: Didier, a Poodle who visits every three weeks, is a very different appointment than Didier after six weeks with no brush in sight. The longer a coat goes unmaintained, the more time, care, and effort it takes to bring it back — and that’s reflected in the price.

Puppy Grooming
If your puppy (1 year old or younger) is coming in for their first grooming appointment, please contact us beforehand so we can set up the puppy integration visits.
Think of these like free daycare — a chance for your puppy to check out the shop, meet the team, sniff around, and even play with other dogs, leaving with a pawsitive first experience before their actual grooming appointment.
Puppy Grooming Training Program
To help make this program accessible, pricing while enrolled is kept on the lower end. Should the program not be completed, our regular service pricing would apply.
After your puppy’s first grooming appointment, we set up a training program — one appointment a month for six months — designed to prepare them for a lifetime of successful, stress-free grooming. Sessions gently expose your puppy to the tables, dryers, clippers, and routines of a professional grooming setting, helping them grow comfortable with what would otherwise feel strange or overwhelming.
We take this program seriously, because it matters for everyone involved — your puppy, our team, and every groom still to come. Appointments can be booked as a full groom, BBT, or BB; what matters most is consistent exposure and your puppy learning the ropes of safe, calm grooming early on.
