We’re very fortunate to have such wonderful clientele keeping us busy. Because of this, we’re typically booked at least 4 weeks in advance — so we always appreciate a little planning ahead.

First Time Here?
For New Clients — Please Read
Before you begin, please take a moment to review our weight and breed guidelines on our Policies & Procedures page, and watch the videos in our Video Library above. Regretfully, we’re unable to provide grooming services for dogs over 55 lbs or for certain breeds. If your dog falls outside these guidelines, we won’t be able to accept you as a new client — so it’s worth checking first.
If your dog is a good fit, here’s what to have ready. Filling out the form takes about 10 minutes.
What You’ll Need
- Current vaccination records — Rabies, Bordetella, and DAPP/DHPP (parvovirus & distemper) are mandatory
- A clear photo of your dog
Both will need to be uploaded directly in the form.
What to expect: filling out this form is not a request for an appointment. Once submitted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, then schedule a quick call to kick off the relationship — one we sincerely hope will last forever. If you don’t have your vaccination records on hand, you’re welcome to email them separately to info@dcpetropolis.com

Established clients may use our internal calendar to book (link available on request), or send us a text. Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply.
For anything urgent — a question about an ongoing groom, a cancellation, or something that can’t wait — please call during business hours. We always pick up for our regular clients, and if we miss you, we’ll call right back.
